To create an embroidery/print ready design, your artwork must first be digitised and transformed into a file format compatible with our embroidery/printing machines. This process involves us using specialised digitising software to convert your design. We can work from a variety of file types, such as vector graphics or other formats like AI, CDR, DST, EMB, EPS, JPG, PDF, PNG, PSD, or TIFF.
There is a one time, lifetime setup cost of £15 for embroidery and £10 for print. Once your logo has been digitised it will stay on our files for you to use again. If you require a different logo then a new setup fee applies.
You will be advised after your order has been placed if the options you have selected are not available for the garment you have chosen. ie. Some garments are not suitable for embroidery but can be printed.
BBZ8000 uses a completely different assembly process from its older brother, BBZ6000 plus a host of new safety features and lightweight components. In addition it's 360º reflective, non-metallic and has built in EN/UKCA certified ankle impact protection (AN) and Achilles support.
AN certified protection should not be confused with ankle support claims although its incorporation in our BBZ8000 specification provides both impact protection AND support to the ankles and Achilles areas as well as providing a snug fit of a quality which consigns floppy unsupported safety wellies to history.
BBZ8000 features a super lightweight nano safety toecap, a lightweight anti-penetration midsole and a weight saving sole bonding process. It's comparable in weight to its moulded polyurethane competitors and just like its older brother it fits like a glove, not like a tube.
BBZ8000 is a great product from the ground up so it is vital that the soles incorporate the very latest tread design techniques to maximise grip, extend life and reduce weight. K12 does all of these plus it comes with SRC maximum anti-slip certification and is non-marking.
