Once you submit your artwork we will contact you via email with a design proof to ensure you are happy before production starts.
IMPORTANT: There might be some slight colour differences when your logo is stitched however we always endeavor to match the thread as close as possible to the logo you upload.
To create an embroidery/print ready design, your artwork must first be digitised and transformed into a file format compatible with our embroidery and printing machines. This process involves us using specialised digitising software to convert your design.
We can work from a variety of file types, such as vector graphics or other formats like AI, CDR, DST, EMB, EPS, JPG, PDF, PNG, PSD, or TIFF.
The artwork setup costs £15 for embroidery and £10 for print. This is a one off charge and will show as an additional charge in your basket.
Once your artwork has been digisitised you can use it on as many garments as you wish, and on repeat purchases from us with no further set up costs as we hold your artwork in our system.
If you upload a different artwork to what you had previously digitised there will be another digitisation fee required.
