To create an embroidery/print ready design, your artwork must first be digitised and transformed into a file format compatible with our embroidery/printing machines. This process involves us using specialised digitising software to convert your design. We can work from a variety of file types, such as vector graphics or other formats like AI, CDR, DST, EMB, EPS, JPG, PDF, PNG, PSD, or TIFF.
There is a one time, lifetime setup cost of £15 for embroidery and £10 for print. Once your logo has been digitised it will stay on our files for you to use again. If you require a different logo then a new setup fee applies.
You will be advised after your order has been placed if the options you have selected are not available for the garment you have chosen. ie. Some garments are not suitable for embroidery but can be printed.
Designed as an alternative to the traditional coach screw mainly used for timber to timber applications. Coated with a patented multi-layer corrosion resistant plating to withstand 1,000 hours salt spray test, this screw is ideal for external applications.
• 8mm hex head countersunk with a fixed washer • Long lasting plating withstands up to 1,000 hours salt spray resistance in accordance to BS EN 9227:2012 • Patented lubrication, designed to enhance screw insertion time and provides greater resistance to corrosion • Helix shank for removing debris and to improve clamping • 50° deep single thread to provide a secure fixing with high pull-out resistance • Single slash point to reduce torque and the risk of timber splitting at low edge distance • 25° sharp point and single lead for a fast start and improved thread acceptance
